Blissful Relaxation (Swedish): 60min $100 / 90min $150 ... (Wellness Massage) Massage strokes are slow and gentle with light pressure. Stress relief. Add Hot Stones $25

Deluxe Swedish & Deep Tissue Blended: 60min $130 / 90min $160 ... Light to medium pressure (Swedish) or Firm strokes (Deep Tissue), your therapeutic massage is custom designed specifically for pain management. Hot Stones are added to targeted areas. This is not your grandparent's Swedish massage.

Sports Massage Blended with Hot Stones plus Deep Tissue if needed: 60min $160 / 90 min $180... This massage reaches the deepest layer of muscles and tendons. It is designed to relieve pain, muscle tension, and inflammation throughout the body. Note: Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Tools may be used to complement this session! Tools may include Hot Stones. Cupping, Warm Bamboo, and/or the Fascia Blaster.

Pregnancy Massage (after 1st Trimester): 60min $130 ... Relaxing massage strokes will be used to focus on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. This massage will enhance the function of muscles and joints, improve circulation, and relieve mental and physical fatigue.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage: 60min $130 … Massage for post-op swelling, bruising, general detox, stimulating the immune system, edema, general inflammation, and more. This is not for Lymphedema patients or patients with contraindications (Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Acute Renal Failure, Acute Infections, or Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT). If you have questions, please call to discuss. Trained in the Vodder Technique! Post-Op Massage- call for package rates.

Cupping: 60min $160... massage to include firm strokes and cupping (fixed and sliding motion) for those painful, tension-filled areas of concern.

The Ultimate Hot Stone Massage: 60min $160 / 90 min $175 Same great massage as the Deluxe Swedish & Deep Tissue Blended plus shoulder-to-toe hot stones!!! The Hot Stones coupled with medium massage strokes help to ease tension and increase blood flow... ooh la la

Stix (Warm Bamboo) & Hot Stones: 60min $160/ 90min $175 Same as the Ultimate Hot Stone plus! The Warm Bamboo will reach the deeper layers of muscle tension much like a deep tissue massage.
